Penerapan SCRUM pada Selain Proyek Teknologi Informasi

Agile Manifesto

Berikut adalah poin-poin Agile Manifesto yang perlu kita ingat :

  1. Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
    Lebih mengutamakan anggota-anggota tim yang terlibat dan interaksi sesama anggota tim ketimbang proses dan alat-alat.
  2. Working software (Let’s replace that with “Deliverables with value”) over comprehensive documentation
    Mengutamakan software (bisa kita ganti dengan "Produk yang memiliki nilai") yang bekerja ketimbang dokumentasi yang komprehensif
  3. Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
    Mengutamakan kolabasi dengan pelanggan ketimbang negosiasi kontrak
  4. Responding to change over following a plan
    Mengutamakan merespon perubahan yang terjadi ditengah jalan ketimbang terlalu kaku mengikuti rencana yang sudah disusun diawal.
